I. Design Team

There are 20 design engineers with an average of 7 years of experience in this position, and 3 mold flow engineers. Software applications: UG, Mold Flow, CAD

II. Design Responsibilities
- Early product analysis and communication of issues - Mold design - Mold failure risk assessment

III. Mold Flow Responsibilities
- Evaluate reasonable gate locations - Optimize appearance issues and warping - Provide reasonable suggestions in cooperation with design engineers
